Do I need to pay a deposit?

We typically do not require deposits for local moves. For long-distance moves, a small deposit may be requested to secure your moving date.

Packing & Preparation

Do you provide packing services?

Yes! We offer full-service packing, partial packing, and packing materials. Our team can pack everything from kitchenware to fragile artwork.

What should I pack myself?

We recommend packing personal valuables, important documents, medications, and irreplaceable items yourself. Everything else, we can handle.

Do I need to empty my dresser drawers?

For safety and weight reasons, we ask that you remove heavy items, breakables, and liquids from drawers. Lightweight clothing can often stay in.

Moving Day

What time will the movers arrive?

We provide a 2-hour arrival window and call 30 minutes before arrival. Exact timing depends on your scheduled slot and the day’s route.

Do I need to be present during the move?

Yes, or you can designate a representative (18+) to be present. Someone must be available to answer questions and sign paperwork.

What if something gets damaged?
